Robert Drysdale's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu expertise is available to students and Martial arts schools worldwide. Robert has dedicated his life to mastering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and transmitting his knowledge to others interested in learning the sport. Robert has been training, teaching, and competing with the best Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioners in the world on a full time basis since 1998. Robert Drysdale speaks both fluent English and Portuguese. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a highly technical art and proper instruction calls for EXCELLENT communication skills. Sometimes when receiving Brazilian jiu-jitsu instruction from a person who speaks English as a second language communication can be difficult and strained. Please note that Robert holds an undergraduate degree and has successfully completed college level coursework in BOTH the USA and Brazil and he speaks and writes Brazilian Portuguese and English. Hosting a One (1) Day Seminar: • The seminar will be three (3) hours of training.
Hosting a Two (2) Day Seminar: • The seminar should be three hours of training each day, a total of six (6) hours. • The seminar topic can be your choice or I can provide a curriculum.
Additional Guidelines: NO VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED AT THE SEMINARS! THIS MEANS NO CAMCORDERS OR VIDEO RECORDERS OF ANY KIND. Students can write notes in a notebook about positions at any time during the seminar. As the seminar host I ask that you provide me an opportunity to offer my instruction in the form of private lessons. Typically, students will schedule privates before I arrive in order to guarantee a time slot with me. Additionally, many students and seminar attendees will be interested in further or more detailed instruction after they watch the seminar. Since you will be receiving a FREE 30 minute private lesson for each 1 day seminar you host, please help facilitate additional privates with your students and seminar attendees. Private lessons are PRIVATE. Private lessons cost $200 per hour. Please remember that nobody can observe, film, or record the private lesson. It is not fair to either party so please respect the professor and the student during these lessons. Semi-Privates are available for $250 an hour total for up to (3) people. To reserve space for a seminar, please contact me through email and send me your phone number. We can then block out a time on my schedule. Then you can make the appropriate travel arrangements and send in the seminar deposit. I can accept checks, money orders, and Papal for seminar deposits. Upon completion of the seminar I can accept cash, checks, money orders, and Papal. Once the seminar deposit is received, the date and time of the seminar will be blocked out on my schedule and you will receive an e-mail from me confirming the date of the seminar.
