Robert Drysdale Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is offering a 2010 Pan American

TRAINING CAMP for the PAN AMERICAN OF JIU-JITSU! The camp will go from

the morning of Monday March 29th to the evening of Tuesday April 6th.

Additionally, we are hosting the first official Robert Drysdale

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Affiliate School meet up. This will also take place

during the dates between Monday March 29th to Tuesday April 6th.
This is an OPEN invitation to ANY school owners or Instructors that wish

to network and train in person with Robert Drysdale, his coaching staff,

and our affiliate professors and affiliate school students. If you are

currently involved in our affiliate program, please make an attempt to

come out here and represent your academy and train with our entire

group. If you are currently considering becoming affiliated with us this

is a wonderful opportunity to come out in person and experience all that

we have to offer. On Friday April 2nd there will be a special meeting

for all current and prospective affiliates. On Saturday April 3rd we are

having an official Belt Test at the academy. Belt testing is open to ALL

of our current students and affiliates. Belt testing DOES NOT mean that

you are guaranteed a belt or an increase in rank. All promotions are at the

sole discretion of Robert Drysdale and all advancements in rank MUST be

earned.

This camp will be a training opportunity of a lifetime! This is your

opportunity to TRAIN and PREPARE for the Pan-Ams with some of the BEST

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaches and athletes in the world.

The camp will go from the morning of Monday March 29th to the evening of

Tuesday April 6th. That represents 9 full days of training.

The Camp will take place in Las Vegas at Robert Drysdale’s Las Vegas

Headquarters. There will be extensive live training and extensive

strategy and technique sessions. There will be multiple training

sessions per day. This package is for TRAINING only. We are not offering

ANY packages with accommodation or food or transportation. You are 100%

on your own with regards to getting here.

Our academy has 2000 square feet of premium 2 inch Dollamur wrestling

mats for you to train on.
This camp will be offer an opportunity for COMPLETE preparation.

We are currently expecting over 10 high level black belts for this camp.

You will be able to TRAIN and work technique from 8am to 9pm every

night. You can train as much as you like and train as hard as you want.

I am going to repeat this point again. there is going to be more high

level jiu-jitsu going on at this camp than most people will ever see or

experience in their life. There are guys that are going to be rolling 3x

per day. there are guys that are going to be on the mats for 5-6 hours a

day here… so just realize this going into the camp and know your

limits and come in shape! There will be NO SHORTAGE of training

partners. Several of the Black Belts attending are some of the BEST

tournament Brazilian jiu-jitsu athletes on planet earth. Several of them

have REPEATDLY won mundials, world cup, and the Pan Americans, and ADCC.

A good portion of the people attending this camp will be competing in

the Pan Americans in California after the camp ends. you are welcome to

attend even if you are not competing in the Pan Americans. You are

welcome to attend for any amount of time you wish at $45 per day. you

are welcome to attend, pay the $45 and find your own place to stay. you

can train as much as you want or as little as you want. several of the

people are going to be renting cars and driving down to the Pan Ams in

California directly from Vegas. So if you want to arrange some car

pooling or ride sharing go ahead and maybe post your situation on either

the NHBGEAR.COM forum or on the www.mixedmartialarts.com forum. Also,

Our academy is located about 15-20 by car from the McCarran

international airport.
Its also about 15-20 from the Las Vegas “strip” where all of the main

casinos and clubs are located.

You can stay on the “strip” or you can try and stay at a casino that is

“off strip”

The closest option to the academy is a hotel called Arizona Charlie’s

hotel casino. It is less than 10 minutes by car from our jiu-jitsu

school. It is about 15 minutes from the Vegas strip if you want to go

out sightseeing or partying on the strip. the hotel has several

restaurants inside of it.it is actually know for its inexpensive buffets

and is known for having decently priced good food. Food is available 24

hours per day from the casino. You can purchase breakfast $5-$6.

You can get lunch and dinner buffets for around $10.

Another inexpensive option is the Budget Suites

The Cost of the Pan Am training camp is $350 for the entire 9 days of

unlimited training.
This Includes unlimited training, an official Robert Drysdale T-shirt,

and an official Robert Drysdale Kimono Patch.

If you want to prepay online at our website, we are offering a discount

to people that sign up early. If you sign up by march 20th, 2010 and pay

for the entire package you will get a $50 discount. This brings the

final discounted price to $300.

If you sign up after march 20th, 2010 the price will go back to $350.

If you are unable to make the entire event you can pay a daily mat fee

of $45 for each day that you train.

We can accept cash, credit cards, and checks in person if that works

better for you. We are going to set a cap on total attendees so book as

soon as you can so that we can make this as organized and well run as

possible.

The actual Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championship tournament occurs on April 08th,

09th, 10th and 11th, and the competition is located in Irvine,

California. More information on the actual tournament is available at

http://www.ibjjf.org/. We are NOT affiliated with the actual tournament,

we are simply offering a training camp to help competitors prepare for

the camp.

*T-shirts, kimonos, patches, rashguards, and stickers will be for sale

at the camp.
*Private lessons can be arranged while you are out here with all of the

instructors.
